A pioneer and visionary with a passion for respiratory health and wellness, Leo was the first to bring salt therapy to North America in 2012.

As CEO of SALT Chamber, which has completed over 1,400 projects, Leo has become a leading authority on the design, build, and installation of salt therapy rooms, concepts and experiences as a new business and for day spas, med spas, wellness centers, and health practitioners to add salt therapy to their existing services. The first to develop the multi-purpose salt therapy concept, SALT Chamber has worked with many cryotherapy facilities to create stunning and effective salt rooms.

In addition to their trade showroom in Boca Raton, Florida, SALT Chamber manufactures Himalayan salt décor as architectural elements for salt facilities, spas, hotels, restaurants, and other applications.  

The Founding Director of the Salt Therapy Association, a not-for-profit trade organization providing research, education, and innovation for the Salt Therapy industry, Leo also serves as the Chair of the Respiratory Wellness Initiative from the Global Wellness Institute.
