Hensley Ellefritz is the founder of REBOOT Fitness Consulting, an agency born of our industry’s need for customized sales infrastructure design and implementation.

After earning national acclaim as Equinox’s top sales performer, Hensley went on to build, expand sales organizations for some of the largest names in wellness including Pure Barre, Club Pilates and Xponential Fitness.

Hensley formed Reboot in November 2020 with a mission to bring scaleable, high-touch sales strategy to independent wellness owners and emerging franchisors.

At Reboot, we believe independent wellness owners deserve the same scaffolding, guidance and tools that a franchisor might provide a franchisee- bottled to fit their concept’s specific mission, voice and audience.
