CryoCON2023 is a flexible schedule, and guests are welcome to come and go as they please and participate in any/or all sessions, expo, meals, and cocktail hours they would like on those days, according to their comfort level. However, registration and badge pickup for the event is offered Saturday, March 4th, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm and Sunday, March 5th, from 8:00 am – 9:30 am.

Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel, where the event is being held and discounted room rates are secured, is located in Plano, Texas, and can be accessed from either Dallas/ Ft. Worth Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL), which are 19.5 miles and 19.6 miles away from the venue respectively.
Uber and Lyft are readily available in the Dallas area, so rental cars are not necessary. Dining and entertainment are all within walking distance of the Hotel with over 20 restaurants to choose from.

This event will be beneficial to both owners and staff members, so we encourage everyone to attend. We also encourage guests researching opening a new wellness location or adding cryotherapy and wellness services to their existing business to attend.
The dress attire is business casual for the event. The cocktail hours are also business casual.
CryoCON2023 organizers are confident that there will be no cancellation of the 2023 Convention date. Texas is a state that has been very business-friendly regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, and one of the main reasons that it was chosen as a location. The event organizers will be following all Dallas health mandates.
